How to use pistachios

A daily healthy portion of pistachios is 30g per day or about 50 nuts. One can just keep a portion in a bag or office to snack on. Eat them raw or dry-roasted for the best antioxidant value. Skip the heavily salted or sugar coated versions, those can cancel out the benefits.

Add crushed pistachios to salads or your morning cereal bowl.
