Return and Refund Policy
You may return an item if the container seal and/or container is broken when received.
You may return an item if you have changed your mind regarding the purchase you made as long as the seal on the container is intact and the product is untouched.
You have 14 days to return a Product, however you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, and we recommend returning items with recorded delivery, we are not liable for damages or loss in transit.
When you return a Product to us we will process the refund as soon as possible or we can process a replacement. For PayPal we will refund the original payment less the commission taken by them.

Limitation of Liability clause
In no event shall Zoetic Limited be individually liable to the buyer for any damages for breach of fiduciary duty by third parties, or for any damages in excess of the amount paid for specific product giving rise to the applicable claim for damages, unless Zoetic Limited act or failure to act involves intentional misconduct, fraud or a knowing violation of the law.
